Important Information Regarding Upcoming Price Changes 

 

Dear Valued agentOS Client, 

 

I want to inform you of an upcoming price adjustment that will take effect on 1st June 2025. As always, we do not take this decision lightly and want to explain the need for any price adjustment. 

 

Why do we need to adjust our prices? 

 

Since our last price increase in May 2024, both our businesses have experienced increases in operating costs, including: 

 

Inflation rate of 2.5%: While lower than previous years, this continues to drive up the cost of services that we rely on to provide you software and services.   

 

Employer National Insurance increases: This has raised staffing costs for all UK businesses, including ours. 

 

Introduction of AI service: While AI is playing a game changing role in all business, it does come at an increased cost. 

 

Increased regulatory requirements: The OFSI regulations coming into effect on 14th May 2025 have placed additional compliance burdens on all property businesses, including ours as we provide financial software and services. 

 

As a software and service provider, we charge fixed subscription fees rather than a percentage of rent or house values (rents have increase by 9.8% and house sales by 1.8%), which is why we must implement periodic price adjustments to maintain our service levels and continue developing new features. 

 

How have we added value to offset the price increase? 

We are committed to providing you with the best possible value for their money. Here’s how; 

 

New OFSI Compliance Tools 

We’ve built AML monitoring capabilities that will automatically alert you if any of your tenants, buyers, guarantors, landlords, or vendors appear on the sanctions register. This can become your OFSI policy, significantly reducing your regulatory risk. 

We recommend you introduce a ‘compliance fee’ to cover the additional compliance work. Corporate agents like Countrywide and Leaders have already implemented fees between £9 to £12 per month per landlord. Our team can help you set this up with automatic charges through the platform. 

 

AI Capabilities 

AI is the biggest seismic shift in our lifetime, being part of the Volaris worldwide group we have been able to accelerate AI development and learn, we’ve extended our AI development: 

 

AI Dashboard: This allows you to action the agentOS software, question your data, and upload maintenance invoices which are automatically added to the system. 

 

AI Leads: Our system reads incoming leads, scores their quality, and makes recommendations. This saves hours in double data entry and helps you focus on the leads most likely to convert. 

 

Lots more AI and AI Agents coming soon: Our next focus is AI agents, where AI becomes even more of a member of your team, handling routine tasks and freeing your staff for relationship-building. 

 

Enhancing your Clients Experience 

We’ve implemented auto invites to your clients for our MyProp App, giving them direct access to your agency.

New pricing changes 

The new pricing will be effective from 1st June 2025, but you’ll see the changes reflected starting with your 16th June billing cycle.

agentPay will also undergo a price increase. Details and service updates will be communicated separately to agentPay clients.
